   We are a small, family-run operation and welcome family groups, church groups, singles, and children over the age of 9 who are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
   
   We support low-impact ecotourism and practice "Leave No Trace" methods, trying hard to preserve the pristine and natural beauty of our ecosystems
     
   We also support our local community and fellow Patagonians by hiring only locals, and offer camping fees to landowners
   
   All meals are handmade and designed after Chilean cuisine, using only fresh, organic produce and meats from local growers and farmers. We accommodate to vegetarians and others with dietary requirements or restrictions as long as we are notified at the time of your booking
   
   Although we encourage spontaneity and freedom in our excursions, our first priority is always safety. We offer  certified equestrian helmet and chaps for riding.

                                                     

         
Cancellations and Transfers
   
   -You may cancel your reservation at any time after your deposit is made and 

      before
final payment is due, and 100% of your deposit will be refunded, minus
      a $50 processing fee

   -If cancellation is made (by you) 45-75 days before your trip departure, you will 
      receive 50%  refund of all  payments made, minus the processing fee

   -If cancellation is made (by you) within 45 days of your trip departure, you will 
      be refunded the amount of your deposit minus the processing fee

   -However, you may transfer your trip to another person or party at this time,
      as long as we are notified, in writing, the details of the transfer
 
  -If you decide to leave the trip at any time, you will not be compensated for the

Terms and Conditions for Criollo Expeditions

        *Please read the following carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns*
   
We require that our clients take out a travel insurance policy before departing on their international journey. Good, temporary policies can be found on the internet for a very reasonable price. Please be sure that your policy includes coverage for potentially hazardous activities (horseback riding, hiking), lost or stolen luggage, delayed flights... etc. We may be able to recommend a policy to you. 
   Criollo Expeditions reserves the right to change any itinerary due to extenuating circumstances, natural disasters or local hazards etc.... 
   Criollo Expeditions, in emergency circumstances, reserves the right to cancel any  excursion and will provide full refund of any payments received by the client. 
   Due to international monetary exchange, Criollo Expeditions reserves the right to alter the price of any trip to accommodate the value of the Chilean peso if that value increases more than 15%.

Booking Information

 -A deposit of 25% of your total trip cost is due at the time of your booking and   
      is payable to us by money order,personal check, wire transfer or credit card
 
  -Once your booking is made, we will send you a packet with a Liability  
      Agreement
  that must be signed by all member of your party and sent back to   
      us. We do not consider your booking complete until this form is returned to us. 

-All reservations should be payed in full 45 days before the date of departure
